Spring 2015 Freshmen Take Global Competence Aptitude Assessment

Freshmen starting their semester at Texas A&M University-Commerce this spring joined the Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) team to complete their Global Competence Aptitude Assessment (GCAA) this week. The global competence test is one of the components of the global scholar program. The goal is that as students progress through their global courses and participate in global events and travel, they develop better understanding of the interconnected world.

These students will also be sitting down with the QEP team throughout the week of February 2, 2015 for ePortfolio training. Starting January 26, numerous students, faculty members and staff have visited the BA 339 lab to create or update their ePortfolio through ManeSync. Faculty, staff and students (at any level) are encouraged to drop by during these times for the training:

  • Feb. 2, 8 a.m. – 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  • Feb. 4, 8 a.m. – 10 a.m. and  11 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
