What is your approach to therapy?

“My approach to therapy integrates cognitive behavioral therapy and person-centered. I often utilize CBT techniques that focus on changing unhelpful thoughts, beliefs and behaviors. These techniques often include exploring cognitive distortions and thought restructuring. I believe that each person has a unique experience, and I aim to develop a supportive therapeutic relationship with students.”
