Soprano, Kay George has sung leading operatic roles across the United States including most recently Donna Elvira in Don Giovanni with Pensacola Opera, Nedda in Pagliacci with Asheville Lyric Opera and Manon with Baton Rouge Opera. Ms. George is a frequent song recitalist and oratorio artist having recently sung the soprano solos of the Mozart Requiem in the area. Oratorio performances also include the Brahms Ein deutsche Requiem, the Vaughan Williams Dona nobis pacem, and the Haydn Nelson Mass.

Ms. George was named artistic director of Voces Intimae: the Art of Song for the 2019-2020 season. She is currently in the final year of the DMA program in voice and opera at the University of North Texas. In the winter of 2013, Ms. George taught voice and opera through the Sound Thinking Australia summer course in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.
