Twin Oaks Blueberry Farm Featured in D Magazine

‘Tis the season for blueberries, or so says Charle Fox, the farm manager of Texas A&M University-Commerce's Twin Oaks Blueberry Farm. D Home's May issue features a story on the farm and the sweet fruit it produces.

From late May to July, the berries can be harvested and sold. However, due to Texas' dramatic weather changes, good blueberry crops are hard to come by. Twin Oaks features six different varieties of Rabbiteye blueberries, and visitors can fill a bucket for $20-$25, depending on the availability of the crop. The farm is situated on 14 acres of land in Campbell, TX, and it has been university property since 2010.
