TIME Magazine Cover Features Photograph by Alumnus Mark Seliger

Alumnus Mark Seliger has taken numerous photos of U.S. presidents including Barack Obama, Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton, but he had never taken the photograph of two presidents in the same room, at the same time, for one TIME cover.

Seliger had only 10 minutes to capture the shot. After Presidents Clinton and George W. Bush shared the stage at the graduation of the Presidential Leadership Scholars program, they met with two of TIME's editors before working with Seliger.
