Career and Internship Fair

The Department of Career Development and the National Society of Leadership and Success will host a Career and Internship Fair on Oct. 1 from 1 to 4 p.m. in conference rooms A, B and C of the Rayburn Student Center.

“We have 60 employers attending the Career and Internship Fair. We encourage all students to make the connection with their future,” said the Assistant Director of Career Development Ashley Ortiz. “This event will help students build confidence, discuss their skills and network with employers who currently have internships and jobs available.”

The event will give students the opportunity to interact with potential employers and make business connections while discussing potential jobs and internships. Signature partners will attend the event including Fastenal, Texas Parks and Wildlife, Enterprise and Lowe's.

Students should dress professionally and bring several copies of their resumes. Students can register for the Career and Internship Fair by visiting www.hirealion.com. For more information on programs and service, visit: www.tamuc.edu/career-development.
