CITE Customer Survey Coming Soon

The Center for IT Excellence (CITE) will be performing a customer satisfaction survey for all faculty, staff, and students beginning on September 29 and running through October 10. The survey will help CITE to better understand its customers' needs and their overall level of satisfaction. Each survey is about 20 questions long and will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

“Our goal in CITE is to exceed our customers' expectations. We hope the CITE survey can get us better acquainted with those expectations, so that we may exceed them every time,” said Matt Chappel, UI developer and webmaster for CITE.

The rapidly changing path of information technology is expanding the boarders of how we learn, discover, and communicate. CITE provides the advanced infrastructure to help Texas A&M University-Commerce improve the quality of education and research, prepare our students for work in the twenty-first century, and expand its role in the community and around the world.
