A&M-Commerce Professors and Research Experts Share Expertise on COVID-19 Topics in Live Facebook Chats

As a community of scholars and research experts, Texas A&M University-Commerce is a rich source of knowledge on a range of topics related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Subject-matter experts at our university are always ready to share their evidence-based practices, research and recommendations with the community, so the university is hosting a series of live Facebook interviews from the A&M-Commerce Facebook page.

In these interviews, professors and research experts from A&M-Commerce provide knowledge, insight, tips, advice and solutions relating to COVID-19.

The first live interview was conducted on March 19 with Dr. Elizabeth Wachira, health and human performance professor at A&M-Commerce. In the interview, Wachira shared the role of the public health field in meeting student and community needs during the COVID-19 health emergency.
