Members of the A&M-Commerce Department of Nursing volunteered at Refuge International’s health clinic in Longview on November 13. The clinic offers no-cost health care for people in need. Cold weather drew 600 people into the clinic that day. Volunteers included A&M-Commerce graduate student Farhana Min and nursing coordinator Dr. Debra Mahoney. Mahoney regularly volunteers at the clinic. Read the Longview News-Journal article to learn more about the event.
