A&M-Commerce GA Hired by CAMPUSPEAK

CAMPUSPEAK recently hired Texas A&M University-Commerce Leadership Engagement & Development (L.E.A.D.) graduate assistant Kyle Hickman to be one of its interactive workshops facilitators.

“I am so proud of Kyle,” said Director of L.E.A.D. Danielle Davis. “This position is such a prestigious honor. It speaks volumes to his commitment not only to leadership but to help students realize their potential as change agents for a better society. He is extremely deserving of this, and I look forward to seeing what is next on the horizon for him.”

CAMPUSPEAK employs 50-60 facilitators at a time, and the selection process is extremely competitive. These higher education professionals service collegiate campuses across North America by providing educational and interactive workshops that deal with issues facing student leaders. Hickman will have the opportunity to work with other facilitators across the United States and coordinate some of the organization's programs. He will also be involved in the development of new workshops over the next few months and at the CAMPUSPEAK team HUDDLE meeting in Orlando in June.

“It is incredibly humbling to be joining the CAMPUSPEAK community of professionals,” said Hickman. “They have an amazing staff, and I am very excited to work with the rest of the facilitation team. Undoubtedly, this would not have been possible without the tutelage I have received while at A&M-Commerce.”
